Here I go again... New blog skin... for the new, more adult portion of my life. Its actually kind of interesting how I started off three years ago with a minimalistic black and white design, and now am going back to that. I guess we all go back to our roots. Sometimes we have to look backwards at our past to find out how to move forward with our lives. I haven't gotten any sleep yet... I've been playing with headers and different images all through the night just so that I get it looking just right. Okay fine... maybe the header tinkering was just for the the last hour. I was preoccupied with downloading show tunes prior to that. Hmm... I don't know what it is with show tunes lately. Its not really my kind of music... at least until now. Anyways, I hope you like this new skin. Again it shows my... narcissistic nature. But then again, so what honeys! It is MY blog. I am allowed to indulge in a little self obsession ain't I? I am slightly more tan today that I was yesterday. That's what I get from not wearing sunscreen. I'm not burned though. The three ladies of the house went swimming - mostly just floating around. It was brilliant except for the fact that my companions aren't really strong swimmers so the three of us were deported to the shallower pool. It was kind of pathetic if not funny. I could kneel down on the floor of that pool and my head would still be above the surface. It was irritating because whenever I tried to do the damn freestyle, my toes would scrape against the pool floor!-I settled for the breast stroke to develop strong pectoralis major muscles, good for you flat ladies out there, that is what you should do! My cousin and I played this diving game thing and my chin was a casualty. I don't know why we thought diving in a shallow pool was a good idea. Anyways, I dove without goggles and basically scraped my chin against the pool bottom. So dumb right?! Anyways, spending...

As you can probably tell, I've changed my blog skin. I've been working on it for a while and I must say that I can't imagine making a blog skin from scratch...all those codes!! Maddening. This is all keeping in the theme of new beginnings. New semester, new classes and new subjects thank god! . Even though one of those subjects, Pharmaceutical Microbiology, does involve donning a marshmallow/space suit that as Carissa said looked "haha" on me, me thinks that I'm ready for a change. I am pretty jived about the new semester simply because I'm sick and tired of this current sem. I can't wait to graduate. Slowly but surely I'm getting rid of this semester's subjects and Yay! We only have two more to go! Translation: four more sleep deprived days. 5 more days till the holidays! I can't wait!

Sigh. I suck at things pertaining to the web or just computers in general so, well I've been trying to upload a skin from blogskins.com and well, its driving me nuts because they just don't seem to work! Since I'm such a dummy, I have no idea what I'm doing. I am so out of my league. Anyway, about other things, tomorrow, I have some sort of thing I have to go to. Its for a pretty decent after school activity. Hope I make the cut. That's the reason I'm a bundle of nerves.
